Who We Are

Two Timelines is a podcast by Stay Another Day Movement, hosted by Sophie Kruss and Jeanne Williams. Both lost their fathers at 16 due to mental health struggles, but are living in very different stages of that loss. This podcast explores what grief actually looks like over time, the early days and the years after, and everything in between.
Our
Story

Why We Created This Podcast
We both experienced the same kind of loss at the same age, but our lives unfolded differently afterward.
Jeanne has lived with this grief for many years. Sophie is navigating it now.
Two Timelines exists in the space between those two realities.
This podcast is about the before and after. The shock and the adjustment. The questions, the changes, and the things that never really leave you.
We created this for anyone who feels alone in their grief, especially teens and young people.
What to Expect
This is not a clinical podcast.
We are not here to give professional advice or pretend there is a right way to grieve.
This is honest conversation.
We talk about:
Losing a parent to mental health struggles
What the early days of grief actually feel like
How grief changes over time
Mental health, healing, and identity
Things people don’t talk about
This podcast is about truth, not perfection.
