Krop Talks: The Stay Another Day Movement is a student-led talk created to open real conversations about mental health and suicide prevention. Led by Sophie Kruss, founder of the Stay Another Day Movement, this event shares a deeply personal story of loss and how it became the reason behind a growing movement focused on helping others feel seen, supported, and not alone.
This talk is more than just a story, it’s a message. Students will learn how to recognize when someone may be struggling, how to support a friend, and why simply staying one more day can matter more than they realize.
The goal is simple: break the silence, create connection, and remind people that their life has value, even on the hardest days. 💜
